I had a really mixed experience at the hotel. While the common areas and meeting rooms were nice, the rooms themselves were uncomfortable, with issues like musty smells and inadequate air conditioning. The staff was generally helpful, but I did encounter a rude manager during check-in, which set a disappointing tone. on the plus side, the location in Buckhead was convenient for shopping and dining, and the breakfast options were decent.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and restaurants in Buckhead. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were great, I had a rough experience at check-in. The dining options were surprisingly good, especially breakfast, which made my day. However, the room had some issues that need addressing which was disappointing given the overall price.
